WEH Payment – Transfer Reference

Hello WEH,

please ensure that when making deposits to top up your account, you use your specific transfer reference.
This is essential to correctly assign the payment to your WEH-account.
You only have to put your personal transfer reference in the transfer survey of the bank transfer – We don’t need your name or your roomnumber.

In the future, these transfers will no longer be manually checked.
This means that if the transfer reference is incorrect, the payment will not be credited to your WEH-account, and you’ll risk losing your internet connection due to our accounting script.

Also, please note that the transfer reference format was updated a few months ago.
It now includes two letters BEFORE and AFTER your personal UserID, making the new format: W0000H
If your bank still saved the old format when transfering to us, please correct this to ensure your payments are properly credited to your WEH-account.
