Einladung zu WEHnachten

Liebes Haus,

Unsere legendäre Weihnachtsfeier WEHnachten ist zurück – und ihr seid herzlich dazu eingeladen!

Wann: Samstag der 17.12.22 um 20:00 Uhr

Wo: Foyer des WEH

Was: Musik, Drinks, Essen und natürlich geile Stimmung

Eintritt frei!

Um Problemen vorzubeugen feiern wir dieses Jahr „privat“ mit Einlassbändchen und Kontaktliste, aber natürlich könnt ihr trotzdem Freunde einladen.
In euren Briefkästen findet ihr neben einem Bändchen für euch auch einen Brief, auf dem ihr die Namen der Freunde angeben könnt, die ihr gerne auf der Feier dabei hättet.
Tragt die Freunde auf dem Zettel ein und werft ihn in den Sprecherbriefkasten (der schwarze Briefkasten bei den normalen Briefkästen).
Ihr bekommt dann von uns die nötige Anzahl Bändchen.

Da wir die Feier vorbereiten müssen, stehen am 17.12.22 ab 16:00 Uhr der Konferenzraum, das Wohnzimmer, der Tischtennisraum, der Lernraum, der Drucker und die Briefkästen nicht zur Verfügung.
Da die Feier im Foyer stattfinden wird, bitten wir euch den Kellereingang zu verwenden, wenn ihr nicht zur Feier wollt.

Wenn ihr kommt warten neben Glühwein, Fassbier und Longdrinks auch nicht-alkoholische Getränke auf euch.
Außerdem wird es gegen den Hunger Würstchen und Waffeln geben (solange der Vorrat reicht).
Das alles könnt ihr über Essens- und Getränkemarken erwerben, die ihr vor Ort kaufen könnt.

To prevent problems, we are celebrating “privately” this year with wristbands and a contact list, but of course you can still invite friends.
In your mailbox you will find a ribbon for you as well as a letter on which you can write the names of friends you would like to have with you at the party.
Enter the friends on the note and put it in the speaker’s mailbox (the black mailbox next to the normal mailboxes).
You will then receive the necessary number of ribbons from us.

Since we have to prepare for the celebration, the conference room, the living room, the table tennis room, the study room, the printer and the mailboxes will not be available on 17.12.22 starting from 16:00.
Since the celebration will take place in the foyer, we ask you to use the basement entrance if you don’t want to go to the celebration.

When you come, in addition to mulled wine, draft beer and long drinks, non-alcoholic drinks are also waiting for you.
There will also be sausages and waffles as snacks (while stocks last).
You can purchase all of this via food and drink tokens that you can buy on site.
