New residents

In order to be able to use the washing machines, you need to:

Read the washing instructions:

Attend the washing introduction that takes place Donnerstag starting 20:30 in the laundry room.
The laundry room is in the basement next to the elevators, on the main entrance side.

Your account should be activated within a week.

After confirmation of the washing machine driver's license, you can use the devices in our booking system .

If you miss your appointment, your washing tokens will not be refunded!

Appointments can be canceled up to four hours before the start of the appointment.
A resident may book a maximum of 4 appointments per calendar week.

A washing token costs €0.75 and entitles you to use a washing machine once within a period of 1.5 hours, as well as the subsequent use of the associated dryer in the following period of 1.5 hours.
