[IMPORTANT] New WEH billing system

Dear residents of WEH,

We would like to inform you about an upcoming change:
Starting next month, the new billing system will be introduced.
This transition will particularly affect the usage of WEH services such as internet or printing.

The introduction dates related to the transition are as follows:

Printer billing: July 30, 2023
Monthly billing membership fees (€4.50 per month): September 1, 2023

Please ensure that you have sufficient budget on your account by the introduction dates to avoid any restrictions in the usage of WEH services.
When printing, you will be charged at the time of printing, and without sufficient budget, you won't be able to print.
The same concept applies to the monthly billing: If you have less than €4.50 on your account, you will be blocked at the beginning of the month (starting September).
The block will be automatically lifted once you have replenished your account.

To replenish your member account, make a bank transfer to the provided account on the website mentioned above, and please include the personalized transfer reference!
We would like to point out that Sparkasse payments still need to be manually entered at the moment, please understand if there are slight delays.
Before the end of each month and before the introduction of the new printer system, we will recheck the payments.
Additionally, we are planning to introduce PayPal payments in the near future.

With the transition to the new system, several issues will be resolved:
New residents will be able to print smoothly as the printer system will be migrated to the new database.
Also, the repeated sending of emails to residents who were warned or excluded due to excessive print volumes will be eliminated.
Furthermore, these changes bring significant administrative improvements and financially secure the association from users accumulating debts and then moving out.

The membership fees on your account have been billed until the end of August.
Additionally, any previously undocumented Kautionen have been entered retroactively.

wir möchten euch über eine bevorstehende Neuerung informieren:
Ab dem nächsten Monat wird das neue Abrechnungssystem eingeführt.
Diese Umstellung betrifft insbesondere die Nutzung von WEH-Services wie Internet oder Drucken.

Die Einführungstermine im Zusammenhang mit der Umstellung sind:

Abrechnung Drucker: 30.07.2023
Monatliche Abrechnung Mitgliedsbeiträge (4,50€ pro Monat): 01.09.2023

Bitte sorgt dafür, dass ihr bis zu den Einführungsdaten ausreichend Budget auf eurem Konto habt, um Einschränkungen bei der Nutzung von WEH-Services zu vermeiden.
Beim Drucken wird dann zum Zeitpunkt des Druckens abgerechnet; Mit fehlendem Budget könnt ihr nicht drucken.
Gleiches Konzept bei der monatlichen Abrechnung: Wenn ihr weniger als 4,50€ auf dem Konto habt, werdet ihr zu Monatsbeginn gesperrt.
Die Entsperrung erfolgt automatisch, sobald ihr euer Konto aufgestockt habt.

Um dein Mitgliedskonto wieder aufzufüllen, mache eine Überweisung an das angegebene Konto auf der oben angegebenen Webseite und beachte den personalisierten Überweisungsbetreff!
Wir möchten euch darauf hinweisen, dass die Sparkassenzahlungen derzeit noch manuell eingetragen werden müssen, bitte habt Verständnis dafür, falls es zu geringfügigen Verzögerungen kommt.
Vor einem Monatswechsel und vor der Einführung des neuen Druckersystems, werden wir die Zahlungen erneut prüfen.
Zudem planen wir die Einführung von PayPal-Zahlungen in naher Zukunft.

Mit der Umstellung auf das neue System werden einige Probleme gelöst sein:
Neue Bewohner können dann problemlos drucken, da das Druckersystem auf die neue Datenbank umgestellt wird.
Ebenso entfällt die wiederholte Zustellung von Mails für Bewohner, die aufgrund zu hoher Druckvolumina vom System gewarnt oder ausgeschlossen wurden.
Darüber hinaus bringen die Änderungen enorme verwaltungstechnische Verbesserungen und sichern den Verein finanziell davor ab, dass User Schulden ansammeln und dann ausziehen.

Die Netz- und Hausbeiträge auf eurem Konto wurden bereits bis Ende August abgerechnet.
Ebenfalls wurden die vereinzelt nicht dokumentierten Kautionen nachträglich eingetragen.
