Hallo Haus,

wir laden euch herzlich zur nächsten außerordentlichen *Hausvollversammlung* des WEH e.V. am Montag, den *22.01.2024 um 20:00 Uhr* ein.
Die Versammlung wird im Wohnzimmer stattfinden.

*Jede AG und Etage muss durch mindestens einen Vertreter repräsentiert werden.*
Nicht-vertretene Etagen können auf Beschluss der Versammlung eine Internetsperre bekommen.

Außerdem bitten wir jede AG darum, uns einen Bericht zu schicken.
Darüber hinaus müssen Anträge bereits im Vorfeld gestellt werden.

Anderen Interessierten steht die Tür selbstredend auch offen.

Da einige Mitglieder des Vorstands ihr Amt niederlegen, wird auf der kommenden Hausvollversammlung ein neuer Vorstand gewählt. Bitte überlegt euch gründlich, ob das nicht vielleicht eine Aufgabe für euch wäre.

Zu einer kurzen Beschreibung der Arbeit des Vorstands folgt eine Mail.

Ansonsten seid ihr herzlich zu unseren Sprechertreffen, die jeden zweiten Montag um 19 Uhr im Konferenzraum stattfinden, eingeladen. Hier könnt ihr euch einen Eindruck von der Vorstandsarbeit machen.
Das nächste Treffen wird am 08.01.24 in erweiterter Form stattfinden (Mail dazu kam bereits).

1. Begrüßung und Feststellung der Beschlussfähigkeit
2. Bericht des Vorstands
3. Wahl des Vorstands
4. Wahl der Kassenprüfer
5. Berichte der AGs
6. Sonstiges
7. Schließen der Sitzung

Anträge:

– Zusammenlegung Essens-AG und Alumni-AG in eine neue “Party-AG”

– Simon Krämer bleibt als Ehrenmitglied über Wohndauer hinaus als EBICs Zuständiger eingetragen

Lernraum-AG
– Auflösung

Fahrrad-AG
– Fahrradstellplätze sollen nur noch an aktive Mitglieder vergeben werden

Wasch-AG
– Kauf neuer Waschmaschinen und Trockner
– Waschmarken Kostenanpassung für Aktive und Nichtaktive

Musik-AG
–  AG-Ordnung beschließen

Netz-AG
– Änderungen der Datenschutzerklärung

Wenn ihr im Rahmen der Vollversammlung noch weitere Punkte – insbesondere Anträge – ansprechen möchtet,
gebt uns bitte via E-Mail (sprecher@weh.rwth-aachen.de) mindestens 24 Stunden vorher Bescheid, damit wir diese in die Tagesordnung aufnehmen können!

We cordially invite you to the next extraordinary *house general assembly* of the WEH e.V. on Monday, the *22.01.2024 at 20:00*.
The meeting will take place in the living room.

*Each AG and floor must be represented by at least one representative.*
Floors that are not represented can be blocked from the internet by decision of the meeting.

We also ask each AG to send us a report.
In addition, motions must be submitted in advance.

As some members of the association are stepping down, a new association will be elected at the upcoming General Assembly. Please consider carefully whether this might be a task for you.

– Merging the food AG and alumni AG into a new “party AG”

– Bicycle parking spaces should only be allocated to active members

– Purchase of new washing machines and dryers
– Washing tokens cost adjustment for active and non-active members

– Decide on AG regulations

Net AG
– Changes to the privacy policy

If you would like to address any other points – especially motions – during the assembly, please let us know via e-mail (sprecher@weh.rwth-aachen.de ) at least 24 hours in advance, so that we can include them in the agenda!
